The ITCPaging Gateway is designed to provide paging and voice mail
services to inbound T1 and Direct Inward Dial (DID) subscriber telephone
numbers.
A wide variety of services are supported including voice mail,
email paging and sending, group calling, roaming, pre-paid calling,
and more.
Transmitter control is accomplished with TNPP controllers. Internet
connectivity is also included to allow TNPP to be transported over
the Internet for transmission at a central location.

Features
- The ITCPaging Gateway is PC-based. Dialogic card technologies
are used for telephone voice support. Each PC may support up to
128 voice trunks (D/240SC-T1 or D/480SC-T2 card). Loop start is
also supported with a number of cards like D/4PCI.
- All TNPP paging formats are supported (voice paging is currently
not supported although development is in progress). Paging is
sent via TNPP to controller or service provider. TNPP may be transported
by serial connection or the Internet.
- Support is also provided for TAPP, SNPP, and email to paging.
- All subscriber access is completely multi-user with access via
TCP/IP based networks and the Internet.
- Callers may leave a numeric message, voice message, or both
as needed. If both are provided, the pager is notified of the
numeric portion. Voice messages are stored in the subscriber's
voice mail service.
- Voice mail service features include, voice, numeric, and alphanumeric
storage (subscriber selectable). Messages are stored with time
of day, date first heard, date expires, and caller ID (if available).
Messages with numeric or alphanumeric portions can be resent to
pager at subscriber's request.
- Messages can be sent to a subscriber selectable email for carbon
copy purposes (numeric and alphanumeric messages are currently
supported).
- Group call supported for numeric, alphanumeric, and voice call
services.
- Call secure allows for security code requirement before a call
can be sent to a subscriber.
- Caller forwarding allows you to forward a subscriber to another.
- Caller carbon copy allows you to mirror all messages to another
subscriber (used for law enforcement in most cases).
- Voice mail cascading is supported. This allows a voice message
to be sent to another subscriber if the current subscriber does
not retrieve the message within a specified number of minutes.
- Overdial service, voice mail only, and announcement only are
supported also.
- Please check with us for further advancements in features.
